Refund Policy

1. Subscription Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your CubeZila Pro subscription. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase.

2. Eligibility for Refund

To be eligible for a refund, you must meet the following criteria:

  • The request is made within 14 days of the transaction date.
  • For monthly subscriptions, only the most recent month is eligible for a refund.
  • For yearly subscriptions, the request must be made within the first 14 days of the subscription period.

3. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your profile settings. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to Pro features until the end of your current billing period.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us at mostafafafa6@gmail.com with your account email and transaction details. We will process your request within 5-7 business days.

5. Exceptions

Refunds are typically not provided for subscriptions that have been active for more than 14 days or for users who have violated our terms of service.
